I've often wondered, but never asked--why is Gavin's head usually wrapped up or covered with a hat? Is it to conserve body heat? What a cutie!
MFA Mama -- Gavin is unable to hold his body temp. He struggles with hypothermia, which casues his heart to beat too slow and his breathing to stop. The wrap that you see on his head in the video is hold/hiding his scalp IV.
You have got one beautiful son. Truly, a gift from God.
